Spy towers on Tohono O'odham land map



From the Secure Border Initiative Project 28, location of federal spy towers on Tohono O'odham tribal land. Those camera images from the spy towers, with nine mile radius, will be monitored by tribal police and federal agents at stations on Tohono O'odham land and in Tucson. In Arivaca, residents are planning a lawsuit over privacy. (Double click to enlarge map)
Spy camera for the towers was designed by the Israeli defense contractor Elbit Systems and subcontracted by Boeing at the US/Mexico border. Elbit also provides spy technology at the "Apartheid Wall" in Palestine.
